China is set to air a 50 part prime time series on Bruce Lee, the late kung fu star. The 50 million yuan (US$7.3 million) series will start airing this Sunday on China Central Television in prime time. CCTV will broadcast two episodes consecutively every night in a two hour slot.

Star Wars is an American epic space opera franchise conceived by George Lucas. The first film in the franchise was originally released on May 25, 1977, under the title Star Wars, by 20th Century Fox, and became a worldwide pop culture phenomenon, followed by two sequels, released at three-year intervals. Sixteen years after the release of the trilogy s final film, the first in a new prequel trilogy of films was released, again at three-year intervals, with the final film released on May 19, 2005.

The science fiction/ mystery thriller series revolves around the titular room and some of the everyday items from that room which possess unusual powers. The show’s protagonist, Joe Miller, is searching for these objects to rescue his daughter, Anna, who has disappeared inside the Room. Once a typical room at a 1960s motel along U.S. Route 66, the Lost Room exists outside of normal time and space since 1961, when what is only referred to as “the Event” took place.
