The game takes place in 2011 during the heyday of crime in metropolitan areas of California. The player controls the protagonist of the King of Pop Michael Jackson, nicknamed Em, Jay, aged about 45 years. Em-Jay returned to Los Angeles after a farewell tour of the world This Is It . He left Los Angeles to reach the last bow. In the city he came to spend the rest of life on the sunny shores of California.
