This additional music from his Carnegie Hall concert of 1961 once again features the great trumpeter with the Gil Evans Orchestra (for a 16-minute version of "Concierto De Aranguez" ) and with his quintet of the period (with tenor-saxophonist Hank Mobley and pianist Wynton Kelly) for three shorter numbers (the modal "Teo," "Walkin'" and "I Thought About You" ). It's not essential but Miles Davis fans will enjoy these performances.
