Extremely low budget, silly film which shamelessly rips off Tranceformers. Story of cyborg that falls in love with loveless none-too-hot bureaucrat
The cyborg is trained to fight crime and has to kung fu it out with a baddie cyborg. These scenes are low-budget CGI and they look a lot like scenes you've seen somewhere else. Sorry, but that's about as deep as the plot gets. This film was so bad and so boring, it was almost impossible to sit through. There are lots of low budget films that come out with interesting stories that make them enjoyable despite the lack of quality footage. This ain't one of them. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.
