Maskhead, a disfigured, burned, and bandaged hulking psycho who wears a sharp, metal wired headgear and tortures and kills the bad apples of fetish actors in various brutal, gory, and horrendous ways. Neck breaking, crotch stapling, arm breaking, stabbing, sawing, head bashing, among other things, are what ensue.
