The film continues the story of Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Inc. gang on another sleuthing adventure. In the beginning of the movie, a chase is happening with Fred, Daphne, Shaggy, and Scooby chasing after a cloaked figure. Fred tackles the figure and Daphne rips off the hood and everyone is shocked to see who it is. The movie then jumps to a week earlier where school has just ended.Scooby & Shaggy fantasizes about a huge party being thrown on the front of the school.
