Here?s an early end-of-year gift for all you Nitro PDF Professional users. We have just released version 6.5 and you can download the free update from the Nitro Pro updates page now. As with all our releases, we?ve improved the performance, eradicated bugs, and added more features. (Read below for the major updates and additions.)

Support for 64-bit versions of Windows, including XP Professional x64, Windows Vista x64 and Windows Server 2008 x64.

Unicode support for all areas of the application, including comments, editing and copying text, and
converting PDFs to other formats (such as PDF to Word).

Enhanced text insertion. The Insert Text tool expands the PDF editor capabilites with support for multi-line text insertion. While the all-new Text insertion preferences let you set the default font face, size and color properties of your Insert Text tool, as well as set the line spacing for multi-line insertions. If you regularly insert text then this is highly worth configuring in your preferences.
