Webcam 7 - Powerful software for working with Web cameras (supports up to 10 cameras), allowing you to access your camera (or rather, to video)
to any user without installing special server software. Fairly easy to configure: Webcam in July have all the necessary utilities, so you need to set a few parameters, namely, to specify the server port and the path to a local directory. In a video picture derived from webcams, you can use the video that is transmitted across the network.
