1) Extract the files
2) Run ADBESTAMCS4_LS1.exe to extract the files for installation
3) Install using serial provided by X keygen

After installation do this:

1) Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
2) Open it up with Notepad (right Click -> Open With -> Notepad)
3) At the end of hosts enter this: 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com
4) Save file, exit notepad.
5) Enjoy your CS4 products.
