SmartSound Sonicfire Pro 5.7.4 Scoring Network Edition for Mac OS X | Mac Os X | 127 MB
Sonicfire Pro 5 Scoring Edition's familiar timeline interface and intuitive access to SmartSound’s patented music editing features make it immediately rewarding for video and audio editors alike. When it comes to adding stock music to your productions, we understand that every project is unique. Instead of the pre-timed cuts offered by other royalty free music companies, SmartSound’s patented technology can be used to automatically deliver any SmartSound track at any length.
Every edit has a perfect beginning, middle and ending and accuracy is either precise or typically within 1/10 of a second. This capability alone will save you hours of editing without having to compromise an ounce of quality. Since SmartSound is real music played by real musicians, not just midi or synthesizer music, this is like having your own personal music editor on hand anytime you need it. When you just can’t cut the scene to the music SmartSound’s Custom Length features is a God send, allowing you to keep the integrity of your video and your story.
Sonicfire Pro 5 Scoring Edition features a timeline interface, giving you more control and flexibility. A music track on the timeline can be resized a number of ways including simply dragging the handle on its end to where you want the new ending to be. SmartSound’s powerful technology rebuilds the track under the hood automatically as you drag it; giving you a new ending for the music that now matches your new video location, perfectly. Remarkable technology, easy-to-use, powerful results.
Mood Mapping: Easily Adapt the Instrument Mix to the Changing Moods of your Productions
Map volume changes in instruments to whisper under dialog, build intensity over time or solo only the strings – you’re the director!
Almost every visual media project is too dynamic for your typical stock music. Building emotion, making music more subtle or more impactful, ducking under dialog, etc. all are critical to making a professional result. Our award-winning Mood Mapping feature and Multi-Layer Music lets you adapt production music to the changes in your video faster than any other method available. You can also remove instruments that interfere with your message. This powerful and easy to use feature has won numerous industry awards and will change the way you work.
Make SmartSound's Multi-Layer Music adapt to the changing moods of your production. Mood Mapping makes it easy for you to control up to 9 different instrument layers from a single track on the timeline.
Set Mood keyframes to change the instrument mix at precise points on the timeline.
What’s your Mood?
Set the Mood (or instrument mix) for any area on the timeline. Select a preset Mood Mix from the dropdown list or adjust the sliders to get the perfect custom mix.
Control the transition between moods with this slider. Make a subtle transition by setting it longer or set it to zero to make an immediate transition that emphasizes a change in your video.
If you want to change the location of a Mood keyframe, just click and drag it to a new point on the timeline.
Timing Control: Easily and Seamlessly Align SmartSound Music with the Events in your Video
For production music to have the biggest impact on your audience it has to work perfectly with the visual. Sonicfire Pro includes unique technology that will help you find music that matches the pacing and the timing of your visual sequences. If the track doesn't quite align with your on-screen events, the Timing Control feature allows you to easily move the major beats of the music without losing the rhythm or length. Like all SmartSound features, no musical experience is required.
SmartSound has been relentless in providing solutions to overcome the limitations of traditional production music libraries by empowering a new level of creativity through technological innovation. Sonicfire Pro 5’s Timing Control features are the biggest new innovation in customizing production music. Now you can adjust when the section changes occur in a track or move a perfect musical beat to match an event in your video. Simply select the “Timing Control” option and these new controls are at your fingertips.
When working with music and picture, you will inevitably need to emphasize an event or transition with a distinct musical change. With Sonicfire Pro 5’s new beat alignment capability, you can now grab a beat and move it to align perfectly with the events in your picture.
With “Snap to Beat” enabled, your new change will be in rhythm and the total length of the track will be automatically preserved.
If a song starts out slow and develops too quickly for your video, you can now simply change the music sections to allow more time before the song develops into its full sections.
You can easily control the arrangement of the song to conform to the dynamic changes in your story.
Insert Hit Files
When an event on screen calls for a musical hit or sound effect, the new “Insert Hit File” feature will come in handy. Sonicfire Pro 5 Scoring Edition comes with a collection of cymbal swells and crashes, whooshes, and dozens of other sounds that are ideal for highlighting a specific event in your scene.
Since hit files have their peak sound at different times, Sonicfire Pro 5 automatically adjusts each hit file so its peak is exactly where you want it.
Cycle Through Hits
A keyboard shortcut allows you to quickly cycle through all of the available hit files. It will automatically play 2 seconds before and after your hit file so you can quickly hear which one works best.
The new Spotting feature of Sonicfire Pro 5 lets you set the important music markers along any imported video sequence. Mark the music in and out points and also mark key events in your scene that need support of a well-timed change in the production music. Once you’ve set your markers, the Spotting tool will turn your visual cues into a list of royalty free music search results that are ideally suited for the duration and pacing of your markers.
