Was created OEM folder, which will be installed all necessary packages to get Windows Server 2008 R2 for Workstation OS. Until now, the only way to do it was either Sysprep, or use the RT Server Customization Tool, with probably some bugs, if you're not familiar with the Windows Imaging and Deployment Techniques.
Improvements to this edition:
1 - It is not syspreppred! Everything is done with scripts and packages!
2 - Included were all W7 Add to R2 was similar to W7 in the above lindens!
3 - Added K-Lite Codecs, Flash and Shockwave Players, Nightly x64 and IE9.
4 - Fixed some dll's and mistakes in W7 Pak.

As the system was made:
Tools:
- WAIK for W7
- WinPE ISO with ImageX
- Clean HDD for installation

It was done the following:
- R2 is taken from Technet
- Added R2 LP with DSIM and WAIK (which was very long ....)
- Copy the System32 folder and SysWOW of W7-release in FR, DE, ES, IT

Then prepared the System32 folder and SysWOW64, in which most of the files needed in the following transformations:
1 - Boot Screen
2 - Welcome Screen
3 - Themes (copied from W7 x64)
4 - Files DirectX x86 and x64
5 - Files Dreamscene
6 - Files Bluetooth (only files, so you just need to run your *. regs and disable the driver Sig)

Once this was done, the OS was installed on the PC and integrates the following:

5 / Sidebar
6 / Xinput

Tviknuty were a couple of things (password, CTRL + ALT + DEL .....), but no updates! Also added Features in R2 (Desktop Experience, Framework 3.5 SP1, wireless connectivity)

Very important!
During installation, the system will reboot 3 times to complete the entire installation. Do not stop it. You only need to choose a password if you want to install and setup procedure will continue.
