The White Ribbon is a ghost story without a ghost, a whodunnit without a denouement, a historical parable without a lesson, and for two and a half hours, this unforgettably disturbing and mysterious film leads its viewers alongside an abyss of anxiety.

The first, and by far most memorable full-length animated feature from the Disney Studios, "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" may have been superseded technically by many of the films that followed it.

It's easy to see why the multiethnic audience at a Russell Peters' comedy show goes into hysterics over his racial jokes. Even when commenting on stereotypes--for example, that Indian people are cheap and proud of it--Peters' characterizations are uncannily personal.
